How We Use Our Time

Contribution is voluntary with regular touchpoints to keep the collective connected. You can engage intensively on one project, split time across multiple initiatives, or you can simply hang out, observe, and watch the hive buzz while you decide how you want to contribute. The goal is sustainable engagement that works for each individual.
What We're Looking For?

Show Up

The only real expectation is coming to meetings somewhat regularly. That's it. No minimum hours, no mandatory projects, no pressure to contribute in ways that don't fit your life right now.

Project Participation

We expect you to occasionally participate in projects, but it's completely voluntary. Jump in when something excites you, step back when life gets busy.

Collaborative Spirit

Be open to sharing ideas, giving feedback, and supporting others' creative journeys. We believe the best work happens when people genuinely support each other.

Growth & Creative Mindset

Curiosity and willingness to learn from others—whether you're teaching or being taught. Most importantly, a mindset focused on creating something meaningful.

Ready to Join?

The best way to join is to show up to one of our regular meetings. This gives you a chance to see how we function, meet the people, ask questions, and let us get to know you.

From there, you can decide if you want to join the circuit and explore the possibilities it offers.

Common Questions

Do I need specific skills?

Nope. We value diverse perspectives. Sometimes the best ideas come from people who approach problems differently.

What if I'm unsure what to work on?

Perfect! Meetings are for exploring ideas, discovering interests, and finding your creative direction.

How do I get started?

After expressing interest, we'll invite you to our next meeting or connect you with a current member.

What about intellectual property?

Contributors maintain ownership of what they create. We're about collaboration, not appropriating your ideas.

How is this financed?

Collaborative funding model. Members contribute what they can, when they can, and we share resources.

What resources do we share?

Common tools, software licenses, and resources for all members. Shared resources, shared success.
